What is BJJ?
BJJ is a grappling sport derived from Judo/Japanese Jiujitsu, made famous by it's innovators, the Gracie family, in the very first UFC event(s).
It's a phenomenal martial art for fitness, strength, self-defense, self confidence, stress relief and improved flexibility.
